Therapeutic Work
My path began in 2004, inside a Lakota sweat lodge in Oregon. That ceremony marked the start of a lifelong journey into healing, consciousness, and the sacred. It opened me to an understanding that transformation happens through connection – to ourselves, to each other, to the Earth, and to the unseen forces that guide us. Since then, my work has continued to evolve, rooted in this ceremonial foundation while expanding into therapeutic practice, training, and teaching.
I work in a multi-modal way, drawing on psychotherapy, Yoga Therapy, somatic practice, sound, and ceremony. What holds this work together is not technique, but orientation: a commitment to meeting the person as a whole system – body, mind, soul, and story.
My training includes:
- Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT)
- Neurosomatic Psychotherapy (NCIP)
- Brainspotting
- Clinical Supervision (CSTD)
- Ordained Interfaith Ministry (OSIF)
Over the past decade I have written and delivered meditation and yoga teacher trainings, worked one-to-one with clients across a wide range of needs, and developed The Pilamaya Centre – the home of my professional trainings and CPD programmes. I am the founder and Course Director of the Diploma in Integration Psychotherapy, and the Psychedelic Assisted Integration Psychotherapy (PAIP) professional CPD trainings.
