Therapy and Supervision

My path began in 2004, inside a Lakota sweat lodge in Oregon. That ceremony marked the start of a lifelong journey into healing, consciousness, and the sacred. It opened me to the understanding that transformation happens through connection—to ourselves, to each other, to the Earth, and to the unseen forces that guide us. Since then, my work has continued to evolve, rooted in this ceremonial foundation while expanding into therapeutic practice.

I work as a multi-modal therapist, drawing on a diverse background that integrates psychotherapy, yoga, ceremony, sound, and somatic practice. My intention is always to meet the individual as a whole system—body, mind, soul, and story.

My qualifications include:
Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT)
Neurosomatic Psychotherapy (NCIP)
Clinical Supervision (CSTD)
Ordained Interfaith Ministry (OSIF)

For over a decade, I have written and delivered Meditation and Yoga Teacher Training, worked one-on-one with clients across a broad range of needs, and developed The Pilamaya Centrehome to my therapeutic trainings and CPD programmes. I am also the founder and Course Director of the pioneering Diploma in Integration Psychotherapy, as well as the Psychedelic Assisted Integration Psychotherapy (PAIP) professional CPD training course.

Whether you’re seeking to work through trauma, reconnect to your body, deepen your spiritual practice, or find clarity in a time of transition, I offer a collaborative and grounded space where transformation can unfold. My approach blends clinical skill with sacred awareness—drawing on practices such as:
Sound therapy
Movement
Breathwork and somatic regulation
Spiritual counselling and inner inquiry
