Shaura Hall
Founder/Director
Hello, I am Shaura. My journey into wholeness began in 2004 when I found myself in a Native American sweat lodge in Oregon. I was lucky to have found my first spiritual community and my connection to them has remained over the years. My time spent in the ceremonial world and the completion of a four year commitment to our sundance ceremony influences every aspect of my life and work on this planet.
In 2005 in the UK I learnt how to practice Reiki for self-healing, two years later I realised that I would learn to pass this knowledge onto others. Around the same time I started to practice kundalini yoga; this facilitated great personal shifts within me. I taught my first class early in 2007 and I have been a continuous student ever since.
I became an accredited Yoga Therapist C-IAYT after training with the Minded Institute in 2011. As a collaborator, I developed the ground-breaking Yoga Therapy for Addictions Continuing Professional Development training. I hold a certificate in Supervision, am an ordained Interfaith Minister, Neurosomatic Psychotherapist, Founder of the Pilamaya Centre and Course Director of Transpersonal Yoga 200 Hour level four certificate training course, Integration Psychotherapy level 5 diploma and Psychedelic Assisted Integration Psychotherapy (PAIP) CPD certificate program.
It is in this realm of expansion that the work though me continues to grow.
