Policy: Trainings
Training investment is payable either upfront in full, or with a non-refundable deposit. Following receipt of deposit, the full balance is due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of training. However, we do understand that this is an investment and are happy to discuss payment plans with prospective students.
Once a deposit is made and the student is accepted onto the training course with The Yogologist, the student is liable for the full training fee; there is no obligation on the part of The Yogologist or its partners to refund monies if a student decides not to complete the training.
If we do not accept a student onto training for any reason, we immediately refund their deposit.
If a student has been accepted onto a course and changes their mind for any reason, they are still liable for the entire training cost.
Policy: Retreats
To book onto a retreat a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another event within a 12 month period (unless given less than 1 months notice).
The remaining balance must then be paid 4 weeks before the event. If clients wish to cancel their booking, the refund policy for the remaining balance is as follows:
4 months before event: full refund (excluding deposit)
2 months before event: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
1 month before event: no refund and deposit becomes non-transferable
Policy: Workshops
Bookings made onto workshops with The Yogologist generally require payment in full. This investment is non-refundable but is transferable to another event within a 6 month period. For workshops that have a larger investment, we are happy to discuss instalment plans with prospective students.
