What to Expect
Yoga Simple is a Hatha Yoga class grounded in neurological wisdom that supports the practitioner to come into their bodies and increase flexibility, strength, and resilience.
Yin Yoga is mainly a floor-based practice that uses long holds in no strenuous positions. It helps to lubricate joints, make space in the body, and support rest, immunity and flexibility.
Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual practice that energises the system through physical movement, breath and often mantra.
Yoga Therapy groups are currently upon request, they are specifically delivered to support health and wellbeing either alongside other treatment protocols or as a stand alone therapy.

A grounding practice intended to anchor practitioners into movement-in-the-present. Drawing on Shaura’s extensive training in Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Mental Health, Yoga Simple offers an intelligent fusion of neurosomatic movement and yoga asana to open space for both beginners and experienced practitioners to embark upon an embodied exploration of the foundations of yoga.
