Cacao Ceremony
What To Expect Out Of The Day
We start the day with a circle to set the intention for the ceremony and connect to the spirit of cacao. Once we have settled we will drink cacao and meditate until the medicine has settled into the system. We shift into movement soon after and complete this part of the process with a full Soundbath.
The next section is for journaling and another activity that is specific to the theme of each event. We complete the ceremony as we began with a circle to share our collective learning with each other.
And finally, we prepare to return to the everyday world with a good cup of tea and vegetarian snacks.

Preparation
Eat light foods on the day of the ceremony and fast for 2 hours before taking the cacao if possible.
Bring a notebook and pen or any art materials you normally use.
