Pilamaya Yoga Workshop

Pilamaya means ‘thank you’ in the Native American language of the Lakota people. This word embodies the sense of gratitude and contentment brought into the gift of life via yoga and Earth-based traditions.

Pilamaya Yoga can be considered to be adaptogenic in nature, in that the practices tend to adapt themselves for the needs of the group. In this workshop we will share a variety of mind and heart-based practices.

Workshop Details

We want to share a workshop with you that will give you insight into the Pilamaya vibration and its vision for our teachers in the modern world. This event will introduce participants to the Pilamaya Way of life and heart-based teaching. The workshop will be run by course founder Shaura Hall and supported by Pilamaya team members who will answer any questions during the break times. We will share a Pilamaya Yoga practice, a relaxation practice, a Native American gratitude song and a mediation for the future generations. We ask that you bring lunch to share.
