We are inviting a group to come together for a ten-night spiritual odyssey through the timeless landscapes of Egypt, where ancient history, divine architecture, and profound energy fields converge to offer an experience like no other. This magical Egypt retreat invites you to explore the heart and soul of this mystical land, beginning in the bustling metropolis of Cairo, visiting the north coast on the Mediterranean Sea, and culminating in the serene oasis of Siwa and the nearby desert.
Delve into the ancient Egyptian healing art of Seichem, a form of Reiki reputedly used by ancient Egyptians and rediscovered in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid in modern times. RETREAT INFORMATION
Two Nights in Cairo 30th Sept - 2nd Oct
Your journey begins with a bed-and-breakfast stay at the Holy Sheet Hotel Plus in downtown Cairo. Our friends at the hotel go above and beyond to create a haven of tranquillity in the heart of this bustling city. Conveniently located near the sites we plan to visit, it serves as an ideal stopover when travelling between different parts of Egypt.
On day one in Cairo, we will visit the iconic Great Pyramid complex at Giza. While there, we’ll explore the profound history of the pyramids and reflect on the ancient Egyptian healing art of Seichem, reputedly rediscovered in 1980 by Patrick Zeigler after a transformative night in the King’s Chamber. For those interested, there is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to gain private access to the Great Pyramid, where we may hold a Seichem Reiki attunement. This exclusive experience, offered at an additional cost, depends on group interest and requires government permissions, which we’ll need to confirm by July 2025.
On day two, we’ll explore the historic Coptic area and the bustling Cairo bazaar, taking time to deeply connect with these vibrant cultural and spiritual sites, far removed from the typical rushed tourist experience.
One Night in Marsa Matruh 2nd Oct
After soaking in the vibrant energy of Cairo, we journey to the serene Mediterranean seaside town of Marsa Matruh. Here, we retreat to the quieter end of the resort to unwind from Cairo’s intensity and connect deeply with the land and sea in this breathtaking area. While in Marsa Matruh, we will engage in our spiritual practice, offering a water ceremony and blessings to the sea.
Seven Nights in Siwa Oasis and Desert 3-10th Oct
Mystical Encounters at Siwa Oasis
Our journey culminates with our friends in the remote and mystical Siwa Oasis. Here, we invite you to immerse yourself in the archetypal forces of this sacred land, crafted to represent the journey of incarnation as explained through the ancient Egyptian understanding of universal forces, embodied by their gods and the roles they played.
Prepare to dive deep into the essence of your being with sunrise practices, energy attunements, group processes, sound work, ceremonies, and a unique constellation practice to weave it all together on the penultimate day. Absorb powerful light codes from the rising and setting sun, experienced across breathtaking locations—from our roof terrace to serene lakes, the desert, and the historic Siwa old town.
Amidst lush palm groves and sparkling springs, we will also visit the local salt pools for profound healing, Cleopatra’s Pool, and the sacred Temple of Amun.

We also offer Sechiem Reiki attunements for those who wish to learn the hands-on healing that is said to have originated in Egypt – there is also another energy transmission that is specifically for this retreat. Please take your time to consider whether you wish to travel with us at this time as we cannot refund any monies if you cancel after 90 days before the event. However, if for any unforeseen reason you pay for the retreat and cannot attend, we may be able to transfer a percentage of the fee onto another event.

The curation of the retreat is designed to offer a deeply spiritual healing experience, which naturally includes psychological and somatic processes. The flow is delivered through – morning yoga, movement, dance, group-work, healing, sound work reiki and energy attunements,
