Yoga Teacher Training | theyogologist.co.uk

Shaura became a kundalini yoga teacher in 2007, since then she has taught classes, workshops and Kundalini retreats. In 2012 she became a C-IYAT accredited Yoga Therapist; this robust training began to teach her about the physiological systems of the body. Enthused to find out more Shaura signed up for a BSc (Hons) in the Health Sciences, which has further informed her work as a yoga teacher trainer.

As the creator of the Neurobiology, Mental Health and Meditation 100 hour accredited vocational training Shaura seeks to share her biological, anatomical and energetic insight with the therapeutic community. Much of the information that she offers in this course has been crafted into an online course that will speak specifically to the kundalini mind. The courses are due to take place on Zoom from 2018.
