Yoga classes with Shaura share Pilamaya Yoga – a form of yoga that adapts to the needs of the group. Shaura is trained in multiple yoga disciplines and acknowledges that each group and each day is different for all of us. Pilamaya Yoga classes support this diversity over anything else.
Classes may include sequences and postures from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini traditions, as well as breath practice and mindful enquiry. No experience is required to join a Pilamaya Yoga class, each session welcomes all.

The Pilamaya Way means to be grateful for this practice and for our experience of this life. Each class is a unique expression of the group that makes the decision to join the practice on this day.
Whether it be a place to go and stretch muscles, recovery from injury, develop fitness, enhance other sports interest, understand more about how their body reacts to the modern world, or explore a spiritual path a class with Shaura will adapt to what you want to take away.
When + where
Classes are every Monday + Wednesday morning from the 2nd October 2017.
10.30am – 11.30am. Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled before we begin.
Classes are held at O Pomar Fitness Training Studio.

I love seeing that moment where the student either gets into a muscle that has been paining them, realises a little alignment trick that will ease discomfort, gets into a pose with grace and dignity where it previously felt clunky and awkward, access levels of relaxation that promotes deep healing, or make a spiritual connection to their own heart.
